氏名・所属・メール・電話・勤務国・申込内容を参加登録、運営連絡、決済照合のために利用します。研修医の卒業日・卒後年次・診療科と3点の書類を優遇資格の審査に利用します。診療科・卒後年次は自己申告と提出書類を事務局で照合します。

提出書類はUbuntuサーバーの非公開領域で暗号化し、権限のある事務局担当者のみが閲覧します。本人確認書類として運転免許証の写しを提出してください。

書類は資格確認と必要な問い合わせ対応のために保管し、原則としてコース終了後90日以内に削除します。登録情報・取引記録は運営と会計上必要な期間保管します。バックアップにも適用する具体的な保存期間と削除運用は事務局で管理します。開示・訂正・削除のご相談は上記窓口へお寄せください。

カード決済にはStripe、連絡には事務局が設定するメール配信事業者を利用します。カード番号は本サイトで取得・保管しません。言語選択のCookieは1年間、事務局ログインのセッションは30分保持します。国の推定はIPアドレスのローカルデータベース照合で行い、言語選択の補助に限って使用します。

We use your contact details, affiliation and registration choices to administer the course and reconcile payments. For resident eligibility, authorized staff review your graduation date, postgraduate year, specialty and three supporting documents. Documents are encrypted in private server storage. Submit a copy of your driving license as proof of identity.

Eligibility documents are normally deleted within 90 days after the course ends. Registration and accounting records are retained for necessary operational and accounting periods. The secretariat manages the retention schedule, including backups. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests.

Stripe processes card details; the site does not store card numbers. Email delivery uses the provider configured by the secretariat. A language preference cookie is retained for one year; staff sessions expire after 30 minutes. IP-based country estimation uses a local database solely to help select a language.
